Welcome to Whitman Senior Living Community! Retirement Living We offer a variety of floor plans, and monthly rates vary depending upon the particular floor plan selected. Apartments are rented month-to-month, with no buy-in or lease fees required, allowing you the freedom to choose where you live today as well as in the future. Assisted Living Apartments are rented on a monthly basis. Our apartments are fully carpeted, with individual climate control and emergency call systems. No buy-in or lease fees are required. The monthly rent includes all Basic Services. Basic Services include: Delicious meals served daily Specially-trained on-site staff Engaging activities Household maintenance Housekeeping and linen service Scheduled transportation All utilities paid (phone and cable may not be included) Emergency call systems in each apartment Modern fire detection systems Personal Assistance Services In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident's specific needs. Additional charges apply based on the Personal Assistance services provided.
