Assisted Living Apartments are rented on a monthly basis. Our apartments are fully carpeted, with individual climate control and emergency call systems. No buy-in or lease fees are required. The monthly rent includes all Basic Services. Basic Services include: Delicious meals served daily Specially-trained on-site staff Engaging activities Household maintenance Housekeeping and linen service Scheduled transportation All utilities paid (phone and cable may not be included) Emergency call systems in each apartment Modern fire detection systems Personal Assistance Services In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident's specific needs.
