Springdale provides on-site rehabilitation services at our Rehabilitation Center, and aftercare through our Outpatient Rehabilitation. We also offer respite care in both our Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Centers.

Independent Living

For Independent Living, Springdale Village offers a resort-style retirement community with spacious apartments at affordable prices. Use your new apartment as a convenient "home base" for any of your favorite pursuits. Some residents continue their careers, take advantage of nearby golf, shopping or Springdale's full slate of on-campus Recreational Activities and Fine Dining Restaurant.

Independent PLUS

The perfect program when you need a little extra help, but still want to maintain your independence. Enjoy one or two prepared meals each day at Springdale's Fine Dining Restaurant, maid service, scheduled transportation and daily safety checks.

Assisted Living

If you're in need of Assisted Living, our 24-hour professional staff and State Licensed Assisted Living Nurse Manager provide caring support for dressing, bathing, medication administration, and nightly tuck-ins. All this while living in your own private apartment and enjoying fellowship with friends.

Village Rehabilitation Center

Springdale Village Rehabilitation Center offers an alternative to prolonged and expensive hospitalization in a sub-acute setting. With quality nursing as the cornerstone of our commitment, we deliver exceptional rehabilitation and long-term care to each patient through a dedicated and compassionate, professional staff. Springdale specializes in direct admissions from the hospital emergency room, physician's office or home, eliminating the need for admission to an acute care hospital. Springdale Village features a complete interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals working with state-of-the-art equipment.

Springdale Guest Suites

Enjoy the comforts of home while staying in one of our fully furnished apartments. Complete with household items, full kitchen, bedroom and bath. Our spacious guest suites provide comfortable winter visitor stays, or visits with friends and family. Your stay at Springdale Village will find you close to medical facilities, shopping malls, movie theaters, golf and many other recreational activities.

Springdale West Rehabilitation Center

Springdale West, located just minutes from Springdale Village, is a Rehabilitation Center dedicated to providing compassionate care for patients needing just a few days of rehab or for those needing care for a longer period of time. Springdale West excels in Rehabilitation, Complex Medical Therapy (cardiac care, stroke rehab, intense wound care, multiple system issues, IV and TPN therapy), Alzheimer Support, and most recently our Respiratory and Ventilator Center with state-of-the-art equipment.

Ventilator Center:

Springdale West Rehabilitation Center provides compassionate care for our residents through the integration of highly skilled healthcare professionals. Our qualified staff consists of a Medical Director, Internal Medicine Physician, Pulmonologist, Wound Care Specialist, and available Naturopathic Medical doctors for alternative care.

Our 204-bed Rehabilitation Center offers the following services:

Alzheimer's Support Center:

Springdale West Rehabilitation Center also encompasses an Alzheimer's Support Center, which provides professional, compassionate, and family support in a comfortable setting.

Springdale Village and Springdale West are designed to provide maximum care at all levels in a comfortable, family oriented environment. We are also in the heart of the community, close to area hospitals, physicians, shopping and entertainment. You can enjoy our heated pool, exercise on the fitness equipment, read in the library, or enjoy outings to theaters and lakes. Springdale Village also offers guest suites for visiting family and friends with stays available from one night to six months! Come for a visit, won't you? Springdale accepts Private Pay, Medicare, AHCCCS/ALTCS (Medicaid), HMO's and most Commercial Insurances, as well as Hospice and Respite Care patients.
