We provide trained, insured and bonded caregivers for a variety of caregiving needs. Whether it's for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help or companionship to remain in their home, or as a respite for the family member who cares for an ailing loved one, Right at Home can help. Our home care services are flexible for your needs. We can provide care for as little as a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our caregivers are tested and professionally trained through our exclusive Right at Home CERT ProgramSM (Caregiver Education Recognition & Training Program). We will develop a personalized plan of care for each client, delivered wherever our client calls home. Our focus is to extend the period of time our clients can maintain their quality of life "Right at Home" for as long as reasonably possible. Our Caregivers: We are a full-service, in-home care agency. This means all care staff is screened, bonded, insured and highly monitored. In fact, all Caregivers must pass a competency exam and extensive background checks prior to employment. Additionally, all members of our Personal Care staff are supervised by our Registered Nurse who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our Levels of Care: Our Caregivers can provide two levels of care: Homemaking/Companion Care and Personal Care. Homemaking/Companion Care includes, but is not limited to: Light housekeeping Laundry Meal planning and preparation Grocery shopping/errands Medication reminders Transportation to and from appointments Companionship & conversation Helping with pets Stand-by assistance with walking/movement to reduce the risk of slips, trips, and falls Personal Care is characterized as "hands-on." Personal Care includes all tasks of Homemaking/Companion Care as well as hands-on tasks, such as: Bathing Personal grooming and hygiene Dressing Toileting and elimination Nutrition/hydration and feeding Mobility Medication assistance Mental/Cognitive needs Hospice supportive care Our Guarantee: We guarantee a member of our management team will arrive for an in-home assessment within 4 hours of your call with in-home care beginning in as little as 12-24 hours. If you are not satisfied with your 1st Service Shift, you pay NOTHING. We'll provide you with the details of this UNIQUE GUARANTEE upon our in-person FREE Home Assessment. Also, we will personally introduce every new Caregiver to our clients. We carefully match our Caregivers and clients to ensure the highest degree of compatibility. However, if for any reason our clients are not completely satisfied with their Caregiver, we will replace the Caregiver as soon as possible from our large team of talented and responsible Caregivers.
