All apartments are fully carpeted with individual climate control, kitchenette, and emergency call systems. At Park Place, you will enjoy the privacy of your own individual apartment within a community of care and support. A few of the wonderful things about Park Place are: Rents are month to month (there are no buy-in fees). Each apartment is a private unit. The spacious apartments are carpeted and feature large accessible bathrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, emergency call system, and individualized climate control systems. The building has such amenities as a large, elegant dining room, living room, activity room, library, TV lounge, beauty salon and barber shop. Our specially-trained staff is on-site 24-hours a day for your care, comfort and security. The resident care team, together with the resident, determines the services that provide the appropriate level of assistance while promoting optimal independence. Park Place Assisted Living Community offers a variety of services, including these Basic Services: 24-hour on-site staff Three nutritious meals daily Life enhancing activities Coordination of health resources Base level assistance with activities of daily living Weekly housekeeping Weekly linen service Apartment maintenance All utilities (except telephone & cable) Monitoring of resident's health status Our goal at Park Place Assisted Living Community is to meet each resident's needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, respect, and individuality. To assure that this is done effectively, an assessment is conducted prior to move-in. Residents, family members, and Park Place staff work together to develop an individually-tailored Assistance Plan. A follow-up family care conference will be held regularly to assure that, as a resident's needs change, the Assistance Plan is adjusted accordingly. In addition to Basic Services, Park Place Assisted Living Community offers Personal Assistance Plans for those who need additional help with their daily routines.
