The spacious apartments are carpeted and feature large accessible bathrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, emergency call system, and individualized climate control systems. The building has such amenities as a large, elegant dining room, living room, activity room, library, TV lounge, beauty salon and barber shop. Our specially-trained staff is on-site 24-hours a day for your care, comfort and security. The resident care team, together with the resident, determines the services that provide the appropriate level of assistance while promoting optimal independence. Assisted Living Assisted living at Osprey Pointe is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so. Basic Services include: 3 nutritious meals served daily 24-hour specially-trained on-site staff Engaging activities Apartment maintenance Weekly housekeeping and linen service Scheduled transportation All utilities paid (except telephone) Personal Assistance Services Our goal at Osprey Pointe Assisted Living Community is to meet each resident's needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, respect, and individuality. To assure that this is done effectively, an assessment is conducted prior to move-in. Residents, family members, and Osprey Pointe staff work together to develop an individually-tailored Assistance Plan. A follow-up family care conference will be held regularly to assure that, as a resident's needs change, the Assistance Plan is adjusted accordingly. In addition to Basic Services, Osprey Pointe Assisted Living Community offers Personal Assistance Plans for those who need additional help with their daily routines.
