Independent Living Independent living at Eagles Manor is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle. Basic Services include: 3 nutritious meals served daily 24-hour specially-trained on-site staff Engaging activities Apartment maintenance Weekly housekeeping and linen service Scheduled transportation All utilities paid (phone and cable may not be included) Emergency call systems in each apartment Modern fire detection systems The Importance of Pets We all know how important pets are to our lives. We don’t have to examine studies by physicians and scientists to know that when we spend time loving our pets we feel better! Pets are loyal and lovable, and offer us unconditional devotion. They bring out our instincts for nurturing; we feel needed and relied upon. Our stress levels decrease, we feel accepted just as we are with no judgments. It is often one of the most valued relationships a person can have. While we as individuals may feel a variety of emotions, pets don’t have mood swings or meltdowns. They allow us to hold, stroke, groom, or just play with them, and are very good listeners! For most pet owners, the relaxation our animals provide us by just being there as our friend, enriches our daily life and allows us to go on with the tasks of living. Because we at Eagles Manor value this time-tested connection people have with their pets, we invite you to have your small pet live with you at our community. Rental Information Choice is Important. At Eagles Manor we offer a variety of floor plans to choose from. Monthly rates vary depending upon the particular floor plan selected. The monthly rent includes all Basic Services. Apartments are rented month-to-month. No buy-in or lease fees are required.
