Residents can enjoy themselves in one of the activity or game rooms or just sit quietly in one of the living rooms reading a favorite book. Other amenities include a beauty/barber shop, private dining room for special occasions, multiple sun rooms overlooking the valley mountains, a library, and several multipurpose rooms where group exercise, art classes, or entertainment are offered. Additionally, there is a wellness center where our care staff or nurses are always available. The most popular spot of all is the dining room, where three delicious meals per day are served restaurant style. In addition to the tasty menu, there are always appetizing. Heart-healthy choices available and other special diet selections as requested. Programming and Activities Stimulation, socialization and fun are all very important components of our Activities Program. Cypress Court at Mesa offers a full spectrum of activities throughout the day from exercise programs to piano concerts. Community outings are also a popular option for residents. We greatly respect the individual past experiences and preferences of each resident and incorporate resident requests into the calendar of events. Some residents may choose to participate in all activities and others may choose to join only their favorites. We also offer scheduled transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, shopping, and of course...the MALL! Specialty Care For those who may need additional care and services, Cypress Court at Mesa offers Specialty Care. Specialty Care is designed for those who have memory loss and will benefit from the dedicated staff that provides extra oversight and assistance. The Specialty Care community has an electronic door control system for increased resident safety. Services, Care and Amenities Prior to move in, we meet with the resident and their family so that we understand what is important to you! We are also in communication with the resident's physician.
