Apartments are rented month-to-month, with no buy-in or lease fees required, allowing you the freedom to choose where you live today as well as in the future. Assisted Living Apartments are rented on a monthly basis. Our apartments are fully carpeted, with individual climate control and emergency call systems. No buy-in or lease fees are required. The monthly rent includes all Basic Services.
