Welcome to CRISTA Senior Community. We are an accredited non-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Seattle, Washington. Come and experience retirement living on the beautiful 55-acre campus, Christian fellowship, intergenerational and volunteer programs, the community green house and walking trails. Residents are provided with a gateway to learning for pursuing their passions and exploring new interests in the residential living choices of Cristwood and the King's Apartments. The continuum of care provides support and encouragement to enable residents to live with dignity and purpose at any age, whether in residential, assisted living or nursing care. CRISTA Residential Apartment Living CRISTA Senior Community has two residential living areas that reach across a broad spectrum of financial abilities. Cristwood at CRISTA Cristwood offers 198 apartment-style homes, ranging in size from studio to two-bedrooms (two baths) in a multi-level secured building. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, whirlpool spa, covered parking, emergency call system, additional storage and one meal a day. King's Apartments at CRISTA The King's Apartments provide 78 apartment style homes economically priced, ranging in size from studio to two-bedrooms (one bath) situated in the heart of the campus. Residents have the option of preparing their own meals or may select 1, 2 or 3 meals per day. Loving caregivers are available 24 hours per day as needed to assist you with your activities of daily living. Assisted Living Features: Private studio apartments with wall-to-wall carpeting, coordinated draperies, individual climate control, emergency call system, sprinkler system Fireside room, pantries/coffee room, library, living room, chapel, courtyards and rose garden Three delicious meals served daily with special diet accommodations Laundry facilities available at no charge Exercise program Beauty/Barber shop Bible studies and prayer groups, chapel services on Sundays Chaplain available for support and counsel A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with priority admission into CRISTA'S Nursing Center Enriched Care Options Available (i.e. bathing and medication assistance, etc.) CRISTA Nursing Center CRISTA Nursing Center is a loving, caring "home away from home" for 176 residents in which the goal is to provide exceptional living in a gracious setting of compassion and dignity.
